Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using MegaDrop you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
MegaDrop lets you upload files or text, generate a sharable link with a configurable expiration, optional password, and optional burn-after-read or download limit. Drops are deleted automatically when those conditions are met.
3. Plans & limits
- Free (anonymous): up to 500 MB per drop, max 24h expiration.
- Registered: up to 2 GB per drop, max 7 days expiration.
- Premium: up to 10 GB per drop, max 30 days expiration.
4. Payments & Premium
MegaDrop Premium is a one-time purchase of US$4.00 that grants Premium features for 30 days from the date of payment. It is not an auto-renewing subscription — your card is not stored and you will not be charged again automatically. To extend Premium after it expires, you make another one-time purchase.
Payments are processed by PayPal. By purchasing, you also agree to PayPal's terms. We never see or store your full card or PayPal credentials.
5. Refunds
Because Premium unlocks a digital service that is delivered immediately, all sales are final once Premium has been activated on your account. If your payment was charged but Premium was not granted within 24 hours, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact megadropcloud@gmail.com within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. EU/UK consumers retain any statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
6. Acceptable use
You may not upload, share, or link to content that:
- Infringes copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual-property right.
- Contains malware, viruses, phishing payloads, or anything designed to harm users or systems.
- Is illegal where you live or where the service is operated, including CSAM, terrorism, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Harasses, threatens, or doxes another person.
- Attempts to circumvent service limits, scrape, or abuse the platform.
7. Removal
We may delete drops or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Report abuse to megadropcloud@gmail.com.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that drops will always be available, delivered, or recoverable. Keep your own copy of anything important.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
